We do our best to respond within 1–2 business days during our standard hours:
Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST

Please include your order number, a detailed message, and any photos (if applicable) so we can resolve your issue as efficiently as possible.

Shipping Estimates & Order Tracking

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are set on a flat rate pricing structure, based on how many bottles you order. Most orders will arrive within 3 – 7 business days after shipping. Our sauces are shipped only across lower 48 States, and are fully insured by USPS for loss or damage.

Please note: carrier delays are outside of our control, but we’ll do our best to keep you updated. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you have any trouble, feel free to reach out to us at orders@honestbull.com.

Product Questions

We include detailed ingredient lists and descriptions on each product page. If you have additional questions, email us at orders@honestbull.com and we’ll be happy to clarify anything about spice level, dietary info, or storage.

Refunds & Returns

We take pride in the quality of our sauces, but if something’s not right, we’re here to help. However, because our products are perishable, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives delayed, lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please email us within 7 days of delivery at orders@honestbull.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll be in contact with you and determine the next course of action, whether it’s sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Cancellations & Changes

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they are processed. If you need to update shipping info, reach out immediately and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Shipping Locations

We currently only ship within the continental United States.
